Natalie Paley joins Coram UK as national sales manager

Showering solutions specialist Coram Group UK recently announced details of operational changes to strengthen its UK business model. As part of an enhanced focus on the bathroom retail sector, sales management specialist Natalie Paley has been recruited into the recently created role of national sales manager for the company’s new retail sales division.

Reporting directly to group sales director Steve Huntly, Natalie will be responsible for heading-up the Group’s UK retail sales division, where she will focus on the development and growth of the company’s sales across the bathroom retail sector. Natalie and her newly established team will concentrate on developing opportunities within major national clients, independent retail showrooms, specifiers, designers, architects, property developers and residential/leisure specification.

As part of Coram Group’s commitment to supporting the new retail sales team, Natalie will utilise her strong background in retail sales and account management, to plan and deliver business growth strategies and sales objectives combined with superior levels of customer service. As well as accessing new market opportunities and sales channels Natalie’s role will also involve guiding and mentoring the sales team to ensure its continued success and competitive advantage.

With many years of experience in the plumbing sector, Natalie began her career in plumbing sales as an area sales manager for Wavin in 2004. After over seven years as an area sales manager at Zehnder and Bisque Radiators, she moved into the role of regional sales manager at distributor, Bathroom Brands UK, where she was promoted ultimately to the position of national account and sales manager for UK and Ireland.
