When fitting a new Fernox TF1 filter, if the lid has been removed for some reason prior to installation - the pre-assembled lid ‘O’ ring should be replaced, due to compression that might have occurred in the process of removal. Spare lid and air vent ‘O’ rings are already supplied with the filter, but for servicing and maintenance purposes the Fernox TF1 Range Seal and ‘O’ Ring Kit provides lid ‘O’ rings, air vent ‘O’ rings seals and washers for the connection valves in one handy pack. enquiry number 108 Greenwood Airvac has launched a new website. Taking centre stage will be the iT500 - Salus’ new internet-enabled thermostat with wireless capabilities - along with the iT500BM that may be installed without any wiring. Developed in response to industry demand, these products have already surpassed all expectations, taking internet enabled controls to new heights. Roof top locations make solar panels tricky to reach, so it’s far better to reduce or eliminate the need to clean them at all. Thankfully, nano-technology by Diamon Fusion UK makes this possible, and Plumb Center’s Sustainable Building Center is enjoying the benefits. Diamon Fusion UK is a treatment that takes less 30 minutes to apply to a typical ten to 14 panel array, and protects the customer’s investment. The product’s revolutionary way of coating glass means all the dirt and contaminants are unable to stick to the surface. Once a solar array has been treated it will produce electricity as if it were new for several years. After the first application, the panels need no more than a wipe over with a damp cloth to be good as new. enquiry number 110 18 FEBRUARY 2014 HEATING & PLUMBING MONTHLY enquiry number 109 enquiry number 107 Salus’ internet-enabled thermostat New website for Greenwood Airvac Diamon Fusion protects solar panels enquiry number 111
