SHOWERS, WETROOMS & ENCLOSURES TRITON URGES INSTALLERS TO EDUCATE CONSUMERS ON THE EFFICIENT USE OF WATER AND ENERGY, ROCA’S VICTORIA-T THERMOSTATIC SHOWER IS INSTALLED AND BRISTAN DISCUSSES THE BENEFITS OF THERMOSTATIC TECHNOLOGY Aqualisa has launched a multi-platform website. The new site, which has been designed to be a fully interactive resource for the shower manufacturer’s trade and consumer customers, is being regarded as a considerable investment in ‘future proofing’ Aqualisa’s online presence and activities. A navigation bar with homeowner, installer and trade partner options enables the visitor to view a browser-tailored version of the site, while the homepage features a larger slider that allows visitors to click through to digital showers, mixer showers and electric showers. The site includes interactive tools such as Help Me Choose a Shower and a Water System Compatibility Guide. There is the option to browse further product ranges, jump to an interactive shower selector or locate a nearby stockist. Links to Aqualisa’s Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube platforms make it easy for browsers to access the company’s latest movies and social media. Katerina Vankova, Aqualisa’s web manager, said: “Our objective was to significantly improve our customers’ online experience of Aqualisa.” Dimplex has added a new compact ‘flat’ towel rail to its range of space saving bathroom heating products. The chrome CPTF flat towel rail is just 400mm wide and 80-100mm deep, with shorter-length brackets for mounting close to the wall to provide a compact solution for warming towels in bathrooms and wetrooms where space is limited. Despite its small size, the company claims the sleek and modern rail is easy to use, cheap to run and designed for drying multiple towels effectively. The slim frame towel rail provides 100W drying and heating power and features a built-in temperature limiter and overheat protection control. It is compatible with the Dimplex radio frequency and FSC ‘runback’ towel rail controls to enable additional energy savings. The CPTF towel rail is IPX5 rated for use in wet areas and is British Electrotechnical Approvals Board approved. Dynamic website update at Stuart Turner Stuart Turner has relaunched its website.
