At the start of winter, the PTS team took the initiative to extend the hotline opening hours until 8pm, with customer calls jumping to a peak of nearly 600 a day in January. The call centre gives customers the ability to speak to an experienced team member and order products up to 8pm from Monday to Friday with seasonal Saturday coverage.
