Exhausto acquires Novema Aggregater
Exhausto a/s has reached an agreement to acquire Norwegian ventilation company Novema Aggregater a/s.
With an annual turnover of NOK 145 million, Novema Aggregater a/s produces integrated cooling and heat pump systems.
Exhausto's Norwegian sales company will become a part of Novema Aggregater and Exhausto believes the acquisition will help it take a leading role in the North European ventilation market.
Steen Høier, Exhausto CSO, said: “We are very pleased to see this acquisition become a reality. We are particularly pleased that we are now a more complete supplier, in good position to take on even very large projects. And, at the same time, we will be extremely well-equipped to meet the predicted upturn on the Norwegian housing market.”
