Aqualisa has launched a new thermostatic exposed shower and bath shower mixer range.

Following in the footsteps of its Midas 100 and 200 ranges, the Midas 300 collection retains all the installer and user friendly features that have made its sibling products so popular, but introduces a new adjustable height showerhead and slider rail configuration that comes complete with a contemporary pancake style showerhead and a smooth chrome hose.

Midas 300 offers a host of well thought out, considerate details. These include an extra long, contemporary slider rail, an audible ‘click’ mechanism in the shower head spray selector that helps the user to positively identify spray pattern preference and a discreet anti-twist hose connection. In addition, the thermostatic bath shower mixer, which can be deck or wall mounted, is fully compatible with the new Part G Building Regulations and features a lockable maximum temperature limit.

With their top quality, brass-bodied construction, Aqualisa’s Midas showers and bath shower mixers have always had an enviable reputation for performance and the new Midas 300 products maintain this tradition.

For low-pressure systems, there is a dedicated shower product, which is capable of delivering both impressive flow rates and spray patterns with just 0.1 bar of pressure. And as for the high pressure systems? Well, with an average delivery of 18 litres per minute when installed on a typical unvented system, there can be no mistaking there’s a Midas in the house – although for ‘greener’ installations, the eco stop flow control and the availability of six, nine or 12 litre per minute flow regulators will (available on the high pressure Midas 300 variant), no doubt prove a popular feature!

Finally, the new Midas 300 showers are also compatible with Aqualisa’s easy-fit fixing bracket. Designed to make fitting a bar valve shower as easy as possible, whatever the type of fixing surface (e.g. stud wall, brick, panel), the bracket offers a wide-range of time-saving features that include multiple horizontal and vertical fixing slots, grip-tite pipe connectors, and pressure test blanking caps.
