Marley Plumbing and Drainage has refocused its commercial operation with a strengthened management team, following a six-month strategic review.

Tim Handy, commercial manager, will lead a newly expanded internal sales team, which includes a customer service department for both UK and worldwide customers. Tim is also responsible for the company’s technical advisory and design service.

Nick Morris, formally sales manager for the Alutec brand of aluminium rainwater systems, will now head the UK wide sales operation as director of trade sales. Nick is ensuring that the focus of the team is project led, supporting customers with product and technical knowledge.

Fiona Bashford, marketing manager, is responsible for the company’s promotional activity, as well as formulating strategic marketing plans designed to deliver innovation both in products and service, to all sectors within the construction market.

Fiona said: “The restructure of our management team has defined our individual areas of responsibility, although clearly, it is very much a team effort. This new focus in the business will enable us to provide best value as well as clarity in our product offering to our customers.”
