Altecnic, the plumbing equipment manufacturer, has appointed Chris Ramster as its new trade sales director.

Chris joins Altectic from Fluidmaster and has worked in the bathroom and plumbing equipment industry for over two decades.

“It’s an exciting time to join a market-leading company like Altecnic,” said Chris. “As well as the general day-to-day development of the business in a new job, there is also a lot going on in the industry which is presenting us with plenty of opportunities.

“For example, new legislation is increasing demand for our TMV2 thermostatic mixing valves and Distribution Tempering Control (DTC) scheme products. We will also be developing the range of products we offer from our parent company Caleffi, many of which have not previously been available in the UK.”
