Lincoln Green acquisition
Four Seasons Group (FSG), a heating, ventilation and air conditioning services group, has acquired Lincoln Green BMS (LGBMS). The acquisition of LGBMS adds a significant new skill set to the group, supporting Four Seasons ability to offer clients the opportunity to reduce energy bills and comply with increasing amounts of carbon reduced legislation.
Following the successful acquisition of Berkeley Controls in April 2010, increased staff will bolster the controls and energy division, headed by Ray Wall. Ray will look to blend the complementary skills of LGBMS and Berkeley Controls’ Midland office, to accelerate the growth of the controls and energy management division.
Stuart Lawrie, Group CEO, said: “I am delighted to announce the acquisition of LGBMS and welcome Richard Slater, managing director of LGBMS, and his team into the Four Seasons Group.”
LGBMS is a successful controls and energy management business which generates annual revenues in excess of £1 million. The company installs and maintains building management systems in the commercial, healthcare and education markets.
